An unnamed man contacted a few media outlets, trying to sell a video tape that shows him having sex with Hayden Panettiere. The man says that he met Hayden in an LA club last month, and secretly taped himself having sex with the Heroes cheerleader in a motel room. Several Sources who have seen the tape, have confirmed that Hayden Panettiere appears to be under the influence of alcohol or another drug.
